Customer Service Agent/Front Desk:

Job Brief/Description:
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
  • Greet and welcome visitors.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, photocopier etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.

Qualification::
  • A First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a reputable Institution.
  • 1-2 years of post NYSC experience.
  • Additional qualification/certification in customer management or relation is an added advantage.

Business Development, Sales and Marketing Manager:

Job Brief/Description:
Business Development, Sales and Marketing, is involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea, market research, relationship building and sales of products. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research. The work is often challenging and fast-paced.
Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
  • Identifying new sales leads and drive sales.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
  • Coordinate team to achieve departmental goals and functions.
  • Develop a strategy the team will use to achieve set target
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;

Requirements:

A minimum of first Degree in any relevant Discipline with at least Three (3) to Five (5) years post NYSC experience in a similar position, Membership of any professional body and additional qualification/certification is an added advantage.


Driver:

Job Brief/Description:

  • The position of Driver consists of transporting employees to and from designated locations, applying knowledge of driving regulations and roads/traffic rules Tasks
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up or drop employees
  • Deliver important documents to required destinations
  • Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times
  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good knowledge of roads and traffic regulations
  • Must be very smart and presentable with Good Dress code.
  • Must know how to use Google Map to deliver/dispatch messages.
  • Must not be more than 40 years old with good communication and driving skills.
